The Congress Center of Cotonou is a modern two-story complex designed for meetings, conferences, and offices, located along Marina Boulevard in Cotonou, Benin's largest city. Covering an area of 10,053 square meters, the center is strategically situated near the Gulf of Guinea and Cotonou Cadjehoun Airport. The facility includes a 1,200-seat main hall, divided across two floors, as well as a 300-seat conference room and another 300-seat multipurpose hall. Built with the support of China and the Beninese government, the center, completed in 2003, serves as a venue for national and international events. Its distinctive triangular shape, with circular structures at each corner and one at the center, gives it a futuristic look. The large entrance and surrounding square add to its impressive architecture, making it a standout building in both Benin and Africa.

The conference hall is very comfortable and has beautiful lighting. The hall is well airconditioned and the environment is very neat.

We had my convocation ceremony with ecotes University here.. the air conditioning is A class.. and i must say... benin 🇧🇯 is a superb place too reside

The process for retrieving my COVID-19 test results and passport was quick, and I also paid for and got tested fairly quickly. However, I was treated rudely by some staff members because I did not speak French, it seemed, and there were times when they laughed in my face and waved me away when I asked questions. But, at least I did not have to linger long.

Wonderful architecture and strategically located in a serene environment. A nice place to have your events with a spacious car parking space. Also a wonderful place to bring your kids to with modern facilities for everyone. It is located in a well secured environment and there are a lot of hotels around this event centre in case you want to spend the night or more.
