1. Nice place to relax and catch up with your people. 2. Has ease of access for disabled people. 3. Presence of security 4. Serene environment with a lot of shops selling from groceries to electric appliances to fast food joints, restaurants and a movie cinema. There's a whole of stuff going on there, just chill. It's all there is to do.
