4-Day Mid Range Great Migration Northern Serengeti

You will have an early breakfast at the camp and depart for your full-day game drive in the Serengeti. The Serengeti landscape is of mesmerizing beauty. While a sizable part of the park consists of seasonally flooded plains, forests, and shrub savannahs, the Serengeti is primarily about one thing - grassy plains. Being surrounded by millions of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles is an experience of a lifetime. In their annual migration north, they stampede over vast open plains and plunge into crocodile-infested rivers, all while the predators endlessly hunt them. After your picnic lunch on the Serengeti plains, you will continue your game drive until the evening. You will return to the camp as the sun sets over the horizon to wind down next to the crackling bushfire. Your overnight stay will be in Central Serengeti.

After an early breakfast, you will embark on a game drive to various regions of the park. You will return to the lodge for lunch, after which you will check out and begin your journey to the Ngorongoro Crater. You will arrive in the evening at your accommodation just outside the crater. Here, you will check in, have dinner, and turn in early to be ready for an early descent into the crater.

After an early breakfast, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater on a journey to find the black rhinos - the hardest animals to spot. Inside this beautiful crater, you will experience Africa’s version of “Noah’s Ark”, with a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, hyenas, big cats, rhinos, and more. In the afternoon, you will stop for lunch at the Hippo Lake and enjoy another game drive as you ascend the crater rim. You will return to the lodge, check out, and drive to Arusha Airport for your afternoon flight back to Zanzibar.
