This 4-day budget safari takes you to three of Tanzania’s top wildlife destinations. The journey starts with a game drive in Tarangire National Park, famous for its elephants and baobab trees. You then continue to Serengeti National Park for two days of exciting game drives across the endless plains, home to big cats and abundant wildlife. The safari concludes with a visit to the Ngorongoro Crater, offering excellent chances to see the Big Five before returning to Arusha.

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha and depart for Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch. Enjoy a full-day game drive in Tarangire, famous for its large herds of elephants, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, and various bird species.
In the late afternoon, drive to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Karatu – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy beautiful landscapes and wildlife viewing en route. Upon arrival in Serengeti, enjoy an afternoon game drive in the central Serengeti (Seronera area), known for its abundant wildlife and big cats.
Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.

Day 3: Full Day Serengeti National Park
Spend the entire day exploring Serengeti National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. The vast plains offer excellent opportunities to see lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and, depending on the season, the Great Migration.
Return to camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
Early morning breakfast, then depart Serengeti for Ngorongoro Crater with a picnic lunch. Descend into the crater for a game drive, where you may spot the Big Five, including the endangered black rhino.
In the afternoon, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha, marking the end of your safari.
