Leisurely morning to catch up on sleep and acclimatize. Mid-morning transfer to Arusha National Park for game driving and exploration. Explore the areas around Ngurdoto crater and Momella lakes for views of potential flashes of flamingo pink. Return to lodge for late afternoon couples massage before dinner

Now it is safari time! After early breakfast, gear up and transfer to Tarangire (approx. 2hrs drive). After registration at the game, enter into the national park for game driving. This park is famed for its massive elephant herds, true sense of wilderness and backdrop of baobabs. Continue to camp in the heart of the national park—bordered by historical migratory paths of the elephants in the area. Enjoy private sundowner experience and campfire before dinner

Another day in Tarangire—explore the bushveld and onto the Silalei swamp to view a mass of elephants grazing on the succulent grasses. Around the swamp is the potential to spot predators as well, so beware! Return to camp for shower to wash off the safari dust. After dinner, enjoy a private night game drive – just the two of you and your guide/ranger

Game driving out of Tarangire and onto Mto wa Mbu for bicycle ride to the shores of Lake Manyara. Enjoy your own private picnic lunch with views across the soda lake. Return to your safari guide for transfer to Lake Eyasi for overnight.

Early morning hunting and gathering with the Hadzabe; the last truly nomadic tribe in Tanzania. Watch as they look and listen for tracks and signs for the hunt, and then back to camp for the success of the hunt. Enjoy the singing and dancing in celebration of your honeymoon also. Return to the lodge for brunch and an afternoon of resting

Early morning transfer into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This area was developed where Maasai and wildlife live in traditional lands without harm to either. Descend into the crater floor, a collapsed volcano, World Heritage site, to game drive the base from open plain, swamp areas and acacia woodlands. Return to lodge on the crater rim for overnight.

Game drive all the way through to the Serengeti. Best time for the wildebeest migration in this part of the season is December – March (southern plains of Ndutu and central Serengeti) and June – October (northern areas), but there are spectacular wildlife sights at any time of year. Dinner and camp-fire with the stars and sounds of the African night. Tonight around the camp fire, we listen to some stories of the tribes whose lands are bordering the Serengeti National park

All day game driving in the Serengeti. This area is known for its incredible resident and migratory wildlife viewing. We will explore to the famous kopjes areas or river viewing areas to seek out the best wildlife action Optional Extra: Balloon Safari over central with champagne breakfast in the bush after landing, supplement: 500pp

Today is a special day – we enjoy the morning game driving to explore the beauty of the land. Return to camp for prepare for your special Maasai blessing ceremony at sunset. Maasai warriors will come to bestow their blessing upon your marriage with a Maa traditional singing and dancing in your honour. Enjoy this cultural experience; the trill and jumping steeped in millenia of tradition passed down through the generations of this nomadic tribe. Toast to a beautiful sunset and then enjoy a private dinner under the stars together

Early morning game drive to airstrip for flight to Zanzibar. Depart Ndutu, Seronera or Kogatende mid-morning and arrive into Kilimanjaro. Transit to departing flight Depart JRO TBA (our Zanzibar extensions are the perfect add on to this safari itinerary)
